Return of the Garrett

Garrett comes home from his mission

I apologize for the underlined words, the red eye, blurry and uncropped and dark photos. But it is late and blogger is making me crazy!!!!

Waiting for Garrett with our welcome home sign

Fort Wayne Airport "cookie" man. Everyone got a cookie. Ashton got four and loved every bite.

There he is the returned missionary

Garrett hugging his mama

Reunion with Taylor

Ben and Ashton... and the monitor that says flight landed at 9:03
As a side note sister Sarah had her baby boy at 9pm that same night!

Devin mostly remembers his uncle

Ryan meets Garrett

Lucas meets Garrett. Lucas wasn't so sure about the whole thing. Perhaps a cookie will help?

We found the play area on the way to get Garrett's luggage. Ashton crawled backward through the caterpillar... frass?

Two little boys enjoying pizza at Pizza Hut the next day.

Final Provo Adventures

Our finals Provo adventures

This is the Place Heritage Park

The This is the Place Monument in the background. You can see out into Salt Lake Valley just like Brigham Young did. Although I'm sure there were no houses and definitely was not a monument to him.

Goats... among the many things we saw. We also saw a sheep named Sam who was the size of a Great Dane, a barber shop, a tin smith, a blacksmith, a tanner and many more trades people. All of the trades people have experience in their fields so it is awesome to ask them questions and learn lots and lots.

What is that dad?

Goat escort. It was difficult to get back out of the petting zoo area.

I'm on a horse! (like the Old Spice commercial)

Making hand puppets

Kneaders

super cute Ross family

Ok mom, enough pictures

Suprise!

A family photo! (a rare breed)... feel free to use this one if you don't have a family photo of us ;)

Give me your french toast, I see it in your mouth.

This stuff is sooooooo good

What?

Mommies and babies

Everybody look

Jesse's final game of quad volleyball

It is crazy to think that at the end of the summer we won't be going back. I will miss the ward and all of the great people. We will have a new city to explore now and new friends to make, but we won't forget our olds ones. Love you guys!!!!
