It is a good thing that our dishes are somewhat inexpensive. All save the bowl are easily replaceable. Turns out the bowl is now an "out of print" pattern. Sigh
This first one was me. I was pouring water from the canner into the sink. The water was still rather warm. I tried to avoid the dishes in the sink as much as possible. When I was pouring I heard a shink but could not see any broken glass. It was not until later that I discovered this...

This is the hard to replace bowl. Jesse dropped it while washing dishes. He dropped a plate last year and broke it too. (but it hasn't gotten him out of future washing). This one hit the metal edge around our sink. There is a nice crack that runs down the middle.
And finally...

This one was Ryan. Honest. There was a Corning wear dish on the edge of the sink and Ryan kicked it off while Jesse was letting him drink some water. The poor bowl was an innocent victim. This is the second time in two years we have fished shards of broken dish out of our garbage disposal. So three dishes in a month. I would say that is a record for a family with a baby that is barely half a year old.

Wasn't this all done in less than two weeks?
